The Astrophysics Research Institute (ARI) at LJMU is one of the world’s leading authorities in astronomy and astrophysics. In 2004, LJMU designed and built the Liverpool Telescope, one of the world’s largest and most sophisticated ground-based robotic telescopes.       Liverpool Business School has served the regional business community for over 40 years, developing excellent links with business and commerce. We aim to address some of the 21st century’s most complex and challenging issues in all sectors of the economy, nationally and internationally, with an emphasis on developing the region’s burgeoning creative and digital sectors. Excellent facilities The £38 million Redmonds Building, located in Liverpool’s growing Knowledge Quarter, is home to: Liverpool Business School and the School of Law. As well as high quality lecture theatres and seminar rooms, the School has social spaces, a ground floor cafe, conference facilities and a dedicated postgraduate and research area. Liverpool Business School also has a dedicated Management Development Suite, based in a listed building in the historic Georgian Quarter of Liverpool and a short walk from the Redmonds Building. The building has recently undergone a £1.2 million investment to provide a professional learning space. Invaluable professional body accreditation Keen to develop the ‘business leaders of tomorrow’, Liverpool Business School offers taught postgraduate courses and research programmes.
