Who is the course for?

This course is designed for new managers, middle and senior level managers and owner-managers of small businesses from organisations of all sizes. It is also for managers who wish to develop their strategic leadership qualities and professionals including scientists, engineers, educators, surveyors, marketers, information system workers, psychologists, social work managers and health professionals who use the MBA to broaden their perspectives and career opportunities. Functional specialists in areas such as marketing or information systems also use the MBA to develop their careers.

Course structure

You will study seven core modules and one optional module. These can be completed in any order.

The course includes two international study visits. The first is normally to Ireland to develop research and consultancy skills through attempting to solve a real business problem.

The second visit is normally to Belgium and France and involves meetings with company directors of multi-national companies. They will teach you about marketing and corporate strategies.

Entry Requirements

Individual offers may vary. Normally a good honours degree or equivalent is required. Work experience is useful but not essential. Applicants with non-standard entry qualifications will be considered. If you are unsure whether you meet the entry requirements then please contact us. In order to benefit from, contribute to and enjoy the course, a good command of spoken and written English language is required. If English is not your first language, you will need English language proficiency equivalent to an overall IELTS score of at least 6.5, with 6 in the written test.

Full-time UK/EU students: £14,850; Full-time International students: £18,000
