Professional Doctorate in MPhil Economics

    Course Description

    If you would like to study for a research postgraduate degree in economics, you can take an MPhil and either continue your programme to study for a PhD or apply your knowledge to industry. The Department of Economics is one of three main disciplines within the Business School. There are over 20 international faculty members in economics and each academic offers you an impressive international research and teaching portfolio to assist you in your research. The Department has several well-established research area in:

    71% of research was graded as ‘world leading’ or ‘internationally excellent’ and 88% was assessed as ‘outstanding’ or ‘very considerable’ impacts on society, organisations and the economy.
