You can study an MPhil in Real Estate which you can either continue to PhD or apply your expertise and specialist skills to the sector. The Real Estate discipline is part of the Business School and it is organised in the Centre for Real Estate Research. Real Estate research is integrated across five distinct themes in the Business School which are:
Research in the Business School was ranked at 88% ‘outstanding’ or ‘very considerable’ impacts on society, organisations and the economy (REF 2014). Research in the Business School is conducted within Aberdeen Centre for Research in Energy Economics and Finance, The Centre for Real Estate Research, Scottish Experimental Economics Laboratory and The Centre for European Labour Market Research.
The Business School is ranked as a top three UK university for impact in Business and Management Studies (Times Higher Education REF 2014) The School offers many programmes which are relevant to the 20 FTSE 100 companies located in Aberdeen to allow students to quickly deliver innovation and business management in the workplace.
